To give you the best value, we commit to selling our products at the lowest market price. During the commitment period, if you can prove our selling price is higher than another seller’s, we will refund you under the rules below. We want you to shop knowing you're always getting a great deal!
1. What "Market Price" Means for Comparison
The comparison price must meet all three conditions:
- It’s a price anyone can buy at, with no extra conditions attached (like memberships or bundles).
- The goods are identical to what we sold you: brand-new, genuine, within the manufacturer’s warranty period, and with all original accessories (e.g., memory card, battery, charger, etc., where applicable).
- The seller’s information is accurate and verifiable, and we can check it easily.
2. Commitment Period
Your price guarantee period is clearly stated on your sales invoice. Check your invoice for the specific timeframe.
3. When the Guarantee Applies
If you purchased any product from our stores within the invoice’s commitment period and you can prove our price was higher than the market price (as defined in Section 1), we will happily carry out the commitment described in Section 5.
4. How to Show Proof of a Lower Price
To help us verify quickly, please ensure all four conditions below are met:
- You're the Purchaser: You (the claimant) must be the person named on our sales invoice.
- Bring the Product: You must bring the actual comparable product—same configuration, same condition, same accessories—for us to compare with the one we sold (we may take detailed photos for evidence).
- Provide Their Invoice: You must present the original, legally valid invoice (official tax invoice, copy 2) issued by the other retailer. Their invoice date must be within two (2) days before the date on our invoice (e.g., if our invoice is dated 09/08, the other invoice must be dated 07/08–09/08). This helps account for normal market price changes. If applicable, that invoice must include the product’s serial number/unique identifier (e.g., IMEI/serial).
- Verifiable Seller Info: The other seller’s name, phone number, and address must appear on their invoice so we can contact and verify. We reserve the right to verify via phone and other reasonable methods.
5. Our "Happy Refund" Promise
If, within 7 days from your purchase date, you meet all conditions above, we promise to resolve it within 24 hours by doing one of the following (at our discretion):
- Refund the Price Difference: We'll give back the amount our price exceeded the market price.
- Take Back & Full Refund: We'll accept the product back and refund your full purchase amount.
