When to Request a Refund
You can request a full refund if:
- Item Not Received: Order doesn't arrive within 30-45 days from shipment.
- Not as Described: Item significantly differs from the listing.
- Damaged/Defective: Item arrived damaged or faulty.
- Missing Parts: Essential parts are missing.
Notify us within 3 days of delivery for damaged/defective/missing parts. For other issues, claim within 30 days from delivery (or estimated delivery).
Our Refund Process

Via "My Orders" or email us with your Order ID.
2. Provide Evidence
Submit clear photos/videos of the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.).
3. Our Review
We review your claim (typically 3-5 business days). Prompt responses to our queries are appreciated.
4. Resolution
Outcome: Full/Partial Refund or Rejection with explanation. Our decision considers all evidence.
5. Refund Issued
Approved refunds processed in 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions & Notes
- Made-to-Order:
Refunds only for damage/defects with evidence.
- Sale Items:
May have limited refund eligibility unless faulty.
- Non-Refundable (Examples):
Digital products, certain hygiene items (if opened).
- Customs/Duties:
If charged by us, they're refunded for eligible claims. If you paid directly, contact your local customs.
