Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s how we handle claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

Please Note: As an international seller, we do not support physical returns or exchanges for change of mind if the product matches its description and is not defective. We offer a refund process for specific issues.

When to Request a Refund

You can request a full refund if:

  • Item Not Received: Your order doesn't arrive within 30-45 days from shipment.
  • Not as Described: The item you received is significantly different from the product listing.
  • Damaged/Defective: The item arrived visibly damaged or faulty.
  • Missing Parts: The item is missing essential parts.

Notify us within 3 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or missing parts. For other issues, you must submit a claim within 30 days from the delivery date (or estimated delivery date).

Our Refund Process

Request Refund

Via "My Orders" or email us with your Order ID.

Provide Evidence

Submit clear photos/videos of the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.).

Our Review

We review your claim (typically 2 business days). Prompt responses to our queries are appreciated.

Resolution

Outcome: Full/Partial Refund or Rejection with explanation. Our decision considers all evidence.

Refund Issued

Approved refunds processed in 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions & Notes

Made-to-Order:

Refunds are only processed for damage or defects, and evidence is required.

Sale Items:

These items may have limited refund eligibility unless they are faulty.

Non-Refundable (Examples):

Digital products, certain hygiene items (if opened), and other items marked as non-refundable.

Customs/Duties:

If we charged these fees, they are refunded with eligible claims. If you paid customs directly, you must contact your local customs office for a refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and responding promptly to our queries to resolve your claim.
